An admin creates an API token in Missive with the required permissions and adds it to the managed connector. Together, we check which organisation, teams, and shared inboxes the AI employee may access. The connection is then ready for tasks from Teams or Outlook. We configure it with you during onboarding.
It can retrieve conversations and messages, summarise content, create drafts, write internal posts, analyse shared labels, and retrieve analytics reports. It can also connect Missive with calendars, CRM data, or knowledge from Notion. Together, we define the actions your team needs and limit the permissions accordingly.
No. With Zapier or Make, you build triggers and steps and maintain them whenever something changes. With the AI employee, you describe the desired outcome in plain English.
