On an Enterprise instance, API permissions can be scoped particularly closely to the agreed tasks.
The AI employee can search and inspect workflows, list executions, evaluate error data, and explain failed runs. With your approval, it can also create, update, or activate workflows and retry executions. During onboarding, you decide which n8n actions it can actually use, based on your processes, projects, and access rules.
No. Describe the result you want in plain English from Teams or Outlook. Superkind picks the right n8n actions and combines them with HubSpot, Google Sheets, Notion, or other systems when needed. The AI employee can directly use and inspect existing n8n workflows. It only runs new or changed workflows with the agreed controls.
Only with your approval. Reading workflow definitions, inspecting executions, and explaining failed runs can happen independently. As soon as Superkind activates, changes, or deletes an n8n workflow or retries an execution, the AI employee waits for a responsible person to approve it in Teams.
