An admin creates an API key in Tally and connects it securely to Superkind. Together, we then select the workspaces, forms, and tasks the AI employee may access. Setup is part of onboarding. Your team continues working in Teams or Outlook and does not need to manage technical API calls itself.
It can read Tally forms and questions, create new forms, update blocks, filter and analyse responses, and check form metrics. It can also manage webhooks and send results to HubSpot, SharePoint, or other connected systems. We define the actions used day to day around your use case and permissions.
No. With Zapier or Make, you build triggers, steps, and field mappings, then maintain them when something changes. With the AI employee, you describe the desired outcome in plain English. Superkind picks the right Tally actions, connects them to other systems when needed, and asks when information or a decision is missing.
Only with your approval. Superkind can read, sort, and summarise within the agreed permissions on its own. Deleting a form or response always waits for an explicit yes from a responsible person in Teams. The same applies to other sensitive changes. Your team decides which additional Tally actions need approval.
Superkind is hosted in the EU and we sign a GDPR data processing agreement. The AI employee receives only the minimum Tally permissions it needs. Model requests are not used for training. Access and actions are logged so your team can trace them. API keys are stored securely and can be renewed or revoked whenever needed.
