Superkind selects the necessary DPD actions and connects them with Shopify, JTL-Wawi, Shopware, or Google Sheets when needed. There are no trigger chains for your team to build and maintain.
Only with your approval. Superkind can independently read tracking data and create summaries. Cancelling a shipment, changing a delivery address, requesting a return to sender, or booking a pickup requires confirmation from a responsible person in Teams. Your team decides which additional DPD actions should be treated as sensitive.
Superkind is hosted in the EU and signs a GDPR data processing agreement with you. The AI employee receives only the minimum DPD permissions it needs. Your shipping data is not used for training.
