No. With Zapier or Make, you build triggers, steps, and field mappings and maintain them when something changes. With the AI employee, you simply describe the outcome in Teams or Outlook. Superkind picks the right Figma actions, connects them to SharePoint, Notion, or Slack when needed, and asks when information or a decision is missing.
Only with your approval. Superkind can independently read or summarise files, nodes, projects, and comments. Before the AI employee publishes a comment, deletes a reaction, or creates or changes a webhook, it waits for a responsible person to approve the action in Teams. Your team decides during setup which additional Figma actions count as sensitive.
Superkind is hosted in the EU, and we sign a GDPR data processing agreement. The AI employee receives only the minimum Figma permissions required, preferably limited to selected teams, projects, or files. Your data is not used for training. Access and completed actions are logged so your team can always trace what happened in Figma.
