What is a Google Docs AI employee?
A Google Docs AI employee is an AI that connects to your account and completes work in it. It does not just answer questions about documents, it takes the actions: searching files, summarising content, creating documents, and updating text. Superkind builds this AI employee with your company knowledge and delivers the finished result to wherever your team works.
Unlike workflow builders such as Zapier or Make, there is nothing to configure. No triggers, no zaps, nothing to maintain. You describe the outcome in plain English, the AI employee picks the right Google Docs actions, chains them with your other systems, and asks for approval before sensitive steps.
Google Docs is Google’s web-based word processor for collaboratively writing, editing, commenting on, and sharing documents.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about your AI employee for Google Docs.
Yes. Superkind connects Google Docs through a managed connector. Once connected, your team can ask the AI employee from Teams or Outlook to search, read, summarise, and edit documents. You need no code or workflow builder. Access remains limited to the agreed accounts, documents, and tasks.
An admin signs in with the appropriate Google account and approves the required Google Docs and Google Drive permissions. The connection is then available to the AI employee. We configure it with you during onboarding, verify access using a test document, and restrict permissions to the agreed workspace.
The AI employee can find documents by title or content, read plain text, summarise text and tables, create new documents, add content, and export files as PDF. It can also check and prepare sharing permissions. We define the actions it performs for your team around your document types and daily processes.
No. With Zapier or Make, you build triggers, steps, and error paths yourself and maintain them when things change. With the AI employee, you simply describe the result in Teams or Outlook. Superkind picks the right Google Docs actions, combines them with SharePoint or Slack when needed, and asks when information is missing.
Only with your approval. Superkind can prepare the right recipient and permission role, but it grants external access only after a responsible person approves it in Teams. The same rule applies to other sensitive changes. Your team defines which Google Docs actions require approval and who may approve them.
Superkind is hosted in the EU and we sign a GDPR data processing agreement. The AI employee receives only the minimum Google Docs permissions required for the agreed workspace. Your content is not used for training. Access and completed actions are logged so your team can trace which document was read or changed.
Google Docs is free for personal accounts. Paid Google Workspace plans with Google Docs start at about 7 euros per user per month, while advanced plans cost more. Zapier starts at about 20 euros per month and Make at about 10 euros per month, both plus setup time. Superkind is priced per use case, a fraction of a full-time hire.
