The AI employee can search and retrieve DriveItems, summarise documents, list folder contents, inspect versions, and show permissions. It can also create folders, move items, prepare sharing, and update selected SharePoint list fields. During onboarding, you decide which actions run independently and which require approval, based on the way your team works.
No. With Zapier, Make, or Power Automate you build triggers and individual steps, then maintain them when something changes. With the AI employee you describe the desired outcome in plain English. Superkind picks the right OneDrive actions, connects them with Teams, Outlook, or SharePoint when needed, and asks when information or approval is missing.
Only with your approval. Reading, searching, and summarising agreed OneDrive content can run independently. Before Superkind deletes or moves a file, shares it externally, or changes a permission, the AI employee waits for a responsible person to approve the action in Teams.
