Yes. Superkind connects Teable through a managed connector. Once connected, your team can put the AI employee to work in Teable from Microsoft Teams or Outlook. It reads bases, tables, records, and views and performs agreed actions. It only receives the permissions the specific use case actually needs.
An admin provides a Teable access token with suitable scopes and access to the required spaces or bases. Superkind stores the access securely and tests the connection with you. Teable is then available to the AI employee in Teams and Outlook. Minimum permissions are defined around the agreed tasks.
The AI employee can read bases and tables, search, filter, sort, and group records, create or update tasks, analyse views, and build reports. It can also process fields, comments, and attachments. The list above shows typical Teable actions. During onboarding, we define which ones your team needs in daily work.
No. With Zapier or Make, you build triggers, steps, and field mappings and maintain them after every change. With the AI employee, you describe the desired outcome in plain English. Superkind picks the right Teable actions itself, connects them with Teams, Outlook, or Jira when needed, and asks when information is missing.
Only with your approval. Superkind can read, search, filter, and summarise independently. If records, tables, or fields need to be deleted, many values changed at once, or access expanded, the action waits for a yes in Teams. Your team decides which Teable actions are sensitive and who may approve them.
Superkind is hosted in the EU and signs a GDPR data processing agreement with you. The AI employee receives only minimum Teable permissions for the agreed spaces and bases. Model requests are not used for training. Every access and completed action is logged so your team can trace changes and revoke access deliberately.
Teable offers a free starting tier, while paid cloud plans begin at roughly ten euros per user per month and Enterprise is quoted individually. Zapier starts at about 20 euros per month and Make at about 10 euros per month, both plus setup and maintenance time. Superkind is priced per use case, a fraction of a full-time hire.
