What is a Float AI employee?
A Float AI employee connects to your Float account and completes work there. It checks capacity and project budgets, analyses hours, and corrects agreed time entries. Superkind builds it with your company knowledge, rules, and responsibilities so the results fit your operations.
Unlike Zapier or Make, there is nothing to configure. You describe the outcome in plain English, the AI employee picks the right Float actions and chains them with your other systems. It asks for your approval before any sensitive change.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about your AI employee for Float.
Yes. Superkind connects Float through managed API access. Once connected, your team can put the AI employee to work in Float from Microsoft Teams or Outlook. It reads agreed data, runs suitable actions, and reports the result. It only receives the permissions it genuinely needs for your defined use case.
A Float administrator creates an API token with the required permissions under Integrations in the Account Settings. We store the connection securely and test it together with you. Float is then available to the AI employee. During setup, we define which projects, people, and actions it may use and limit access accordingly.
The AI employee can analyse people, projects, phases, allocations, logged time, time off, milestones, project expenses, and reports. It finds available capacity, detects overallocations, checks project budgets, and prepares corrections. After approval, it can make agreed changes directly in Float. We configure the exact scope around your processes and permissions.
No. With Zapier or Make, you build triggers, steps, and field mappings and maintain them when something changes. With the AI employee, you describe the outcome in plain English. Superkind picks the right Float actions itself, combines them with Teams, Outlook, or Jira when needed, and asks when important details are missing.
Only with your approval. Superkind can independently analyse capacity, budgets, and logged time. Before the AI employee changes allocations, projects, time off, or time entries in Float, it waits for confirmation from a responsible person in Teams. Your team defines which actions are sensitive and who is allowed to approve them.
Superkind is hosted in the EU, and we sign a GDPR data processing agreement. The AI employee receives only the minimum Float permissions required. Model requests are not used for training. Access and actions are logged so you can trace which data was read, which change was prepared, and who approved a sensitive action.
Float offers paid Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans and charges by active people on the Schedule. Exact prices depend on the plan and billing period. Zapier starts at about 20 euros per month and Make at about 10 euros, both plus setup time. Superkind is priced per use case, a fraction of a full-time hire.
