Yes. Superkind connects HrFlow through a managed connector and the HrFlow API. Once connected, your team can put the AI employee to work with Profiles, Sources, Jobs, and Boards from Microsoft Teams or Outlook. It only receives the permissions required for the agreed tasks, and every action is logged for traceability.
An admin stores a suitable HrFlow API key and the associated account email in the secure Superkind platform. Together, we select the required Sources, Boards, and permissions and test access. The AI employee can then use HrFlow from Teams. Keys are never shared in chat and can be revoked whenever required.
It can create, retrieve, edit, archive, search, and score Profiles and Jobs. It can also parse resumes and text, reveal skills, read Sources and Boards, and match Profiles with Jobs. You decide which HrFlow actions it carries out independently in daily work and which ones wait for approval.
No. With Zapier or Make, you build triggers and individual steps and maintain them when things change. With the AI employee, you simply describe the desired outcome in Teams or Outlook. Superkind selects the right HrFlow actions, connects them with Personio, SharePoint, or Google Calendar when needed, and asks if information is missing.
Only with your approval. Superkind can read, search, score, and summarise Profiles independently. Before a Profile is archived, materially changed, or transferred to another system such as Personio, a clear approval request appears in Teams. The AI employee only performs the sensitive action in HrFlow after a responsible person has approved it.
Superkind is hosted in the EU, and we sign a GDPR data processing agreement. The AI employee receives only the minimum HrFlow permissions required for the agreed use case. Model requests are not used for training. Every access and action is logged, so your team can trace which Profiles, Sources, Jobs, or Boards were processed.
HrFlow does not publish reliable standard prices for its current plans and provides pricing based on each customer’s needs. Automation with Zapier starts at about 20 euros per month, while Make starts at about 10 euros per month, both plus setup time and ongoing maintenance. Superkind is priced per use case, a fraction of a full-time hire.
