A Recruitee admin provides the required credentials and confirms the appropriate permissions. We configure the connector with you, test access to candidates, jobs, and offers, and limit it to the agreed scope. You can then message the AI employee directly in Teams or Outlook and hand over Recruitee tasks.
It can find candidates and jobs, create or update candidate profiles, check pipeline stages, prepare interviews, and review offers. It also connects Recruitee with Outlook, Teams, or SharePoint for tasks such as scheduling and onboarding documents. Together we define which actions it completes independently and which ones require approval.
No. With Zapier or Make, you define triggers, fields, and individual steps and maintain them when something changes. Instead, you describe the desired outcome to your AI employee in plain English. Superkind picks the right Recruitee actions, combines systems when needed, and asks when information or a decision is missing.
Only with your approval. It can complete read only tasks and summaries independently. Deleting a candidate profile, publishing a job, and changing an offer wait for an explicit yes from a responsible person in Teams. Your team decides which Recruitee actions are sensitive. Superkind does not make the change without that approval.
Superkind is hosted in the EU, and we sign a GDPR data processing agreement. The AI employee receives only the minimum Recruitee permissions it needs. Your data is not used to train models. Access and completed actions are logged, so you can trace when the AI employee processed specific candidates, jobs, or offers.
